Our premium, handcrafted biltong is made using the rump end of silverside beef (220g for every 100g dried), carefully seasoned with our unique teriyaki blend before being air dried for up to 5 days. This slow drying process locks in the flavour while creating the tender texture and satisfying bite that Rickard’s Cornish Biltong is known for.
