Our Traditional Biltong is handcrafted using time-honoured South African methods, delivering the authentic taste that biltong lovers know and love. Simply seasoned with a carefully balanced blend of spices, coriander, black pepper and a splash of vinegar, the natural flavour of our premium British beef takes centre stage.

Made using the rump end of silverside beef (220g for every 100g dried), every batch is expertly seasoned before being slowly air dried for up to 5 days. This traditional process creates the rich, savoury flavour and tender texture that has made Rickard’s Cornish Biltong a favourite with customers across the UK.
